  own agenda

•Helping a team grow capacity to learn and perform at a high level – not just dealing with current issues

•The application of coaching in organizational settings.

Our principles of team coaching are:

•The resources necessary for the team to be successful are available – internally or externally

•The team coach helps the team to access these resources

•The coach contracts with the team and works to their agenda as it is developed through the team

  coaching process

•All team members are resourceful, capable and have potential to learn and develop

•Team coaches fundamental concern is enhancing learning in order to improve performance
